For optimal use of the application, customers are advised to ensure a stable internet connection prior to downloading and activating the app. In the event of forgotten passwords, users must visit a branch for assistance.

Additionally, before initiating transfers to other DPNB customers, it is necessary to add beneficiary details in the My Payees section. Users should remain vigilant against phishing attempts and refrain from sharing sensitive information such as bank details or passwords through unsolicited emails or links.
