It offers seamless access to Druk PNB’s extensive banking services, available across all mobile network operators. Compatible with Android versions 4.4 and above, the app introduces a straightforward onboarding process. However, it is important to note that users must complete a one-time activation after downloading the app before they can log in. Existing internet banking users can access their accounts using their user ID and password, while new users are required to visit their nearest Druk PNB branch for activation.

For optimal use of the application, customers are advised to ensure a stable internet connection prior to downloading and activating the app. In the event of forgotten passwords, users must visit a branch for assistance.

Additionally, before initiating transfers to other DPNB customers, it is necessary to add beneficiary details in the My Payees section. Users should remain vigilant against phishing attempts and refrain from sharing sensitive information such as bank details or passwords through unsolicited emails or links. Any such suspicious activity should be reported to the bank immediately at corp.it@drukpnbbank.bt.
